MEDIACOM CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS

Mediacom, the fifth largest cable television provider, decided on Blooming Grove, NY to build its new corporate headquarters. The 110,000 square foot facility brought 250 jobs to the Hudson Valley at a construction cost of $35 million. The construction was a relocation of their corporate headquarters as they pursued the construction of a corporate park that reflected the high-tech nature of their business.

Over 18-months of construction, Advance Testing provided all required special inspections and materials testing, inclusive of soil compaction testing; bearing capacity inspection; reinforcing steel inspection; concrete field inspection and testing; masonry inspection and testing; steel, bolting and welding inspection; windsor probe testing; and bolt-pull testing.
