ANGRY ORCHARD CIDERY

Angry Orchard, a well-known cider producer, constructed a 15,000 square foot cider-house with a tasting room located in Walden, NY on the site of a 100-year old, 60-acre apple orchard. The project has now become one of the staples of the local community. Their Walden location is the home to innovation and the location where new ciders are on trial before reaching the larger market.

The project commenced in 2015 on the path to becoming a 2-story, timber-framed agricultural and industrial cider production plant. Advance Testing was contracted to perform soil compaction testing, bearing capacity inspection, reinforcing steel inspection, concrete testing, welding inspection, and structural steel inspection.
